Herceptin blush??

Should we be at all concerned if Ruth shows a rosy blush after Herceptin treatments? No other side effects from the Herceptin save an occasional runny nose. SHe has had one TCH treatment, and two Herceptin weekly.

Please advise.

THANKS!

I also get a blush the day after treatment that goes away the next day. It also feel a little warm to me, but it does not appear to be warm to the touch.
Hang in there,
Emelie

Same for me, and when my nurses saw it they would ask if I wanted Tylenol. I would usually agree, and it did help to diminish the "glow" and also helped with the mild headaches I would get after treatment.

Thanks

Thank-you all for your replys; I was worried this could be the beginning of an allergic reaction. Sounds like nothing to worry about!? Does the blush get more pronounced as time passes or stay about the same?

THanks much!
