The LSAB is just the actual kit that is used in the HER2 test.
<FONT color=#000080>LSAB®, LSAB®2 and LSAB®+<SPAN lang=EN-GB style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt"> (labelled streptavidin-biotin) kits are visualization kits based on the sequential application of biotinylated link antibody and streptavidin labelled with alkaline phosphatase (AP) or peroxidase (HRP). The high sensitivity of this technique allows use of low concentrations of primary antibody. A wide range of carefully matched, prediluted primary antibodies and negative controls for use with the LSAB® and LSAB®2 kits (N-series antibodies) are available from DAKOCytomation .
