Dizzy on Xeloda

Hi-Today I was so dizzy, I couldn't do anything. I take herceptin and 2500mgs of xeloda. They already decreased the dosage from 4000 to 2500 so I'm not sure what they will do now. The oncologist on duty today said he thinks it is unrelated to the cancer and chemo, but rather a vertigo thing from sinuses. I have post nasal drip and very watery eyes from herceptin, so he may be right. Have any of you had dizziness from xeloda? It is listed as one of the minor side effects but I am interested to see if any of you have experienced this. God Bless- Cathy

Dear Cathy,

Linda has experienced some dissyness from Xeloda but not to the point where it is dose-limiting. She takes 1500 mg BID or 3000 mg/day.
Take care,
Al
