Good day today
My mom had to have her carotid(sp?) artery cleaned out today. This was the 3rd time for it since 1998. It was 88% blocked so the risks were about the same for a stroke either way. Well she sailed right through it this time, no complications. What a relief! I also wanted to thank everyone for their support on some of my darker days. I've been feeling a little better, just wish I could sleep now. I'm going to make an appt to see the new pcp in the practice I go to and see what he suggests.

Hi Juanita! I've been wondering about you. I was thinking about making a post to see if anyone knew. I'm glad your mom's procedure went well. I'm also glad to hear that you're doing well. Good news, a sleep specialist once told me that sleeping problems are among the easiest to correct, you just have to narrow it down to your particular situation. Good luck and happy to hear from you. Peace and Love to you, Bill

Juanita,
Glad to hear that you had a good day. With all that you're been through lately you deserve more than just one good day. I'm also happy to hear that your mom's procedure went well with no complications. As for the sleep problem -- I suffer from it as well and take Rozeram every night.
