Here... for now
Angels-
Just a quick note to say "Hi There" and let you know that those of us in a support role are still here, maybe quiet, but here. I have not posted in months (BAD MEL BAD), but I do keep tabs - and shed tears. My heart aches for Sandy - we have lost another warrior - but I know my Lisa met up with her and they are FULL of energy, love and light - all focused on you incredible ladies
One of the reasons for my lack of activity has been caring for Lisa's mom. A more than full-time job plus caring for an 86 year-old mother-in-law (moving between Assisted Living, Hospital and Nursing Care and back) has been quite a handful.
Unfortunately (for me) it looks like Frances is soon to join Lisa and Buddy. But hey - the family reunion will be awesome - Buddy 10/06 - Lisa 12/06 - Frances 6/07 - just me left out... Heaven is looking better and better.
I do not have the means to convey Lisa's love and light to each of you, and I am no wordsmith - but know in your heart of hearts just how special EACH AND EVERY ONE of you are to each other - and to those of use that lurk more than post.
Love and Light
Mel

Mel, Its funny you popped in to say hi. I have been thinking about you & wondered if everything was ok? I am sorry to hear about your Mother-in-law...that must be very stressful on top of keeping you running all the time. (No time to come up for air.) You sure have your plate full. But with that said, its nice to hear from you and know your still out there.
Here's hoping things slow down and improve for you soon. I will be keeping you and your Mother-in-law in my thoughts and prayers.
Chelee

Mel...
it seems that today is a reunion of old friends. I'm typing this between my tears, I still think of Lisa dearly (she, Linda and Sandy hold a special place in my heart) and I carry around a card she sent me about 1 1/2-2 years ago (I just can't throw it away). We've missed you and take care of yourself while taking care of Lisa's mom. While "here" is a great place because of my son, I agree with you about heaven and I have hugs for many. Take care and God bless.

Mel
I was thinking about you too - just like Chelee. I was wondering what's going on with the bike ride and concert. Keep us updated because you never know who will pop in!
Hug to you
