Stomach ache with CQ10?

I have been having a stomach ache/upset tummy kinda thing the last few days after I eat. The only thing that I can think is different is that I used up the CQ10 I was taking and changed kinds and upped it from 50 to 100 mg dose. Could that be causing my upset stomach after I eat? Thank you for your input. ma

Mary Anne,
My experience with 100mg Co Enzyme Q10 is that I have no problems with it that I've noticed, and I tend to be someone with a bit of a delicate stomach, if that's any help. I've been taking it for a few months.
Hope you're feeling better and tummy ache was just a temporary blip for you.
Best wishes

Thanks so much Caroline! It did finally go away. I waited to take it with lunch rather than so early in the morning on an empty stomach. Not sure whether that mattered, but it is gone! ma
