Red face Hoping and praying

Finally! We just got back from Mom's PET/CT. I am praying that the wily beast has not been up to no good during the last three months that Mom was off Herceptin. They'll be lots of decision making to do if the results are not good. I suspect we will go right back on Herceptin, and file the paperwork for EAP Tykerb. Oh how I yearn for the day we can stop agonizing over each blood test and diagnostic film. In the meantime it's back to slamming down lots of good foods and supplements. We sure are tired. You don't realize how crazy it was until you go back after a brief respite.

Tom,

I know what agony it is when you're waiting for the results of tests. Tests that the results of which can change your life so much. I'm praying that your mom's tests will come back A-OK.

Good luck, Tom!! Waiting is always the hardest. You are such an unbelivable caretaker.
