I know I have a lot to be thankful for this year. Have safe drives (we have a winter weather advisory here in Grand Rapids, Michigan...YEA SNOW), flights, etc and have LOTS OF FUN and FOOD!!!!
Wishing everyone a Happy and blessed Thanksgiving. I am happy to be here another year. We are especially happy because we got our Christmas present early this year and decided to have it for both of the Holidays. It is a 9 week old male pug puppy. He is adorable and is so good. We love him so much. Has my life ever changed since my diagnose. Never liked dogs before and still don't the big ones. Now, I have a puppy!! Who knows what I will do next. I am really surprising my friends these days. Happy turkey day. Hugs, Sandy
I guess I'm over the shock of diagnosis now ha ha !!! and can start to appreciate the fact that I'm still alive! Now I am going to give thanks to each day that I am able to see the sun rise and set. I will also try to bring this message of joy in the simple things to the people I encounter and hopefully they will "get it" without having to endour adversity for themselves.
Oh and when did I become a senior member? I am honored.Thank you!
Have a great thanksgiving to all and god bless!
Alice
I am also so grateful to be here to celebrate the upcoming holidays with family and friends, grateful for my fantastic caregivers, and for all my friends here at Her2 Support.
all of you too! As I count my many blessings tomorrow I will think of this new group that I found that has provided me with so much information and inspiration!
