Great, had mine too with a little bread rubbed with olive oil, the other inhibitor of her2 that Menendez again shed light on via his research efforts.

Drank mine too but also with SGS
Me too.....but I drink green tea with SGS (sulphorafane glucosinolate). SGS is what's touted in brocco sprouts but is also found in broccoli. In brocco sprouts there is just a higher concentration. Anyway, this tea is patented by John's Hopkin's and I buy it right from the Brassica Tea website. Go check it out if you want to read up on it.....

Darn, I hate green tea, and have to force it down. I'm a real coffee addict - wish tea tasted like coffee & I'd be all over it. Maybe I'll try the the brassica & try to like it!

Green tea comes in all forms now. Arizona, Snapple, Nestea...comes with pomegranate, blueberry whatever. Iced green tea is my thing. I brew it and add fresh spearmint. Sometimes I add cranberry juice for the kidneys, lemon for vitamin C - be creative. I drink it for my liver and for the bc. There are so many benefits!!!!

I LOVE my black tea, but I also like green... guess it's time for the two to share the spotlight. I will start this morning with green! And my tablespoons of olive oil.

Me too Gerri. Also, just had my healthy pinch of brocco sprouts. Just grab a pinch - rinse and pop in my mouth.
Happy sipping....

green tea this morning?
You are right Christie. Alot of cancer patients use wheatgrass. In addition to all the noted health benefits it also gives people an extra serving of veggies.
