Thumbs up ~JUNE 1 is National Cancer Survivors Day~

I just wanted to remind us all that June 1 is National Cancer Survivors Day. Ed made the comment "Don't I have to be clean for 5 years?" I explained he does not have a heroin addiction, this is cancer. Every day we fight this horrific disease we are survivors.

I love you all and follow your journeys, I have not been posting as I normally do because of these eyes, but I have been reading daily. You have all been in my heart and prayers.

I will be sending out the 'White Bleeding Hearts' to those that requested it. And to answer a question for a friend, they are typically outdoor plants but can be grown indoors as they are almost a weed. I just need them to get a bit stronger.

So on this special day I remind you all what great fighters you are and that every day you fight you are a survivor. Thanks for being such a large part of this very trying journey Ed and I are on. Without you I shudder to imagine where we would be.

Sending giant hugs and smiles, laced with prayers and positive thoughts. Now we are off to the ocean to enjoy the salt air and make plans for a vacation.

Lots of love and respect>>Believe51

Happy survivors day!

I'll be attending a luncheon given by my chemo center.

We can bring a guest and I team up there with the women in my bc survivors group. It's always a lot of fun.
