I talked this morning with Ms Lauren Selmeier VP of Marketing at Accuray Corp.
She told me of an interesting fact about Cyberknife. This device can treat tumors larger than 3cm, which is the limit under Gamma Knife.
This is accomplished through staging in which the turmor goes through several treatments over a period of time.
Cyberknife is also capable of providing treatments to areas previously inaccessable to Gamma Knife.
Our site will soon be providing more information about Cyberknife as it becomes available.
