Hi lizocean,
I live just outside of Eugene. I'm glad you asked this question. If your willing to travel to Boise, you might consider my doctors in Eugene...I don't know how far you are from here, but I've been having a very good experience with my surgeon, Dr. Robert Schauer at:

and my oncologist Dr. Peter Kovach:

They have been very proactive with my treatment and it's been very effective. I'm extremely confident in them. I also see a naturopathic doctor with specialties in supporting cancer patients. Her name's Dr. Tina Kaczor:

I was stage III ER+/PR- HER2 +++. I was started with TCH which is chemo (taxotere and carboplatinum) with Herceptin. I finished that in a few months, but I'll get the Herceptin for a year. Personally I can't imagine not having Herceptin with a HER2 +++. I'm having surgery in a week and since the chemo/herceptin was so effective, I only need a lumpectomy and lymph biopsy, instead of the mastectomy they were expecting. I'll also have radiation and maybe hormone therapy depending on what's found in surgery and my risk of recurrance.
Feel free to message me for more info.
Each person's cancer and treatments are different, but I've had nothing but great experiences with these doctors and highly trust them.
If you come, I'd be happy to come meet you!
Celeste
