Omega 3 and 6 - I On radio Saturday 13th 8-9am central time
Just in case anybody is interested,
I am the guest on the Martie show Saturday 13th 8-9am.
Subject Omega 3 and 6 and general health
The show is also on line and can normally be listened to afterwards through the site.
http://www.healthybynatureshow.com/
I will not mention the board by name as I would not want it to get swamped.
Exciting and a little scary.
PS I saw the mistake in the title but cannot amend it (-:

A little nervous (-:, and I wont be leaning on the desk hunched over the phone next time and will do some work to learn how to relax the vocal tone, but I did not cringe (-: too much (-: when I listened back.

Well done, RB!
Listened in. Did not realise you were a Brit! Which region of the UK are you from? I will understand if you do not want to answer this question.
