B6

Hi Everyone,
To anyone who is currently taking B6 for neuropathy, what daily dose do you take? Thanks in advance.

When my partner Rachel was in chemo (on taxol) the dose recommended by her onc/nurse was 100 mcg (note that that is mcg not mg) per day. It seemed to help.

My oncology nurse recommended a B complex called B-100 and it has 100 mg. of all the B vitamins except Folic Acid; there's 400 mcg's of folic which is 100% of the daily requirement.
It's made by several companies, most drug stores carry one or two brands.
