Started Herceptin every 2 wks for 1 year 6/25/08
Started Arimidex 1mg pill daily 7/23/08
Finished Herceptin 6/10/09
MediPort removed 6/18/09
Diagnosed w/severe Osteopenia in spine 9/20/09
