Need help with Flaxseed Oil...
Okay Ladies,
I have been concerned with taking Flaxseed Oil becasue I am er postive
and way back when (1st) dx. heard it may perk up the estrogen?
I have purchased Flaxeed Oil - Solgar brand, certified organic cold pressed,
in softgels (had once tried flaxseed oil on salad) did not like it.
2 softgels are1250 mg.
Is it safe and much should I take - and when - does it counter work with
other supplements?
