Start Using Olive Oil

Olive Oil and Herceptin

While, olive oil may have a potential benefit in lowering the risk of several types of cancers. Colomer R and Menendez JA. at Hospital de Girona Dr. Josep Trueta, Spain recently suggested a interesting molecular explanation for the anti-cancer actions of olive oil. In their study, they found that oleic acid from olive oil also suppressed the overexpression of HER2 (Her-2/neu, erbB-2) of breast cancer cells.

There has been great discussion on this board about the benefit of olive oil. I use olive oil as much as possible and take olive leaf extract everyday.

If olive oil is of interest to you you might also find the posts on the fat of omega three and six of interest.

You can find them searching using the search button above.

You might also like to search under Greek Diet.
