Diagnosed 1/06 - 42 years
initially dcis w/microinvasion,
2/06 left mastectomy (13 cm (huge) tumor) with sentinel node biopsies 2/4 positive. Immediate diep free flap reconstruction.
tumor stage IIIa, er/pr -, her2 +++
a/c x4, taxol/herceptin weekly x12, herceptin 1x3wks
9/06 ct scan and pet scan showed enlarged lymph nodes left side; node dissection removed 2cm tumor and 2/10 positive
radiation started 10/06 x25
