UW Vaccine Trial

I am just finishing Taxol & Herceptin, followed by radiation and then a year of Herceptin. I have heard some of you talk about the UW vaccine trial. I was wondering what type of clinical trial this was and should I be (or can I be) looking into this or any others? I am stage IIIA, er/pr-, her2 +++. Thanks.

Wink Here is a link

Hello Lisa -
Here is a link from another area of this web site with some info on the U of W vaccine trials.

http://www.her2support.org/vbulletin...ad.php?t=20436

I am also trying to qualify for the DNA trial, but am running into ONE problem that could keep me out. Rats! I will post about it separately, as I think even though it is a rare problem it is one that should be brought up.

Good luck - they still need entrants as there is another phase opening with a different dose.
