THIS is why I have switched to organic dairy...

milk, cheese and butter.

Need to add eggs to this group! Of course the meat, poultry need to be organic as well and pretty much for the same reason. Sandy

I got so involved e-mailing my friends and family "The Meatrix", that I forgot to thank Maryann for her post. My husband and I have been using organics for a number of years, although we havn't been consistant. We even joined a C.S.A.(Community Supported Agriculture) farm co-op Summer 2000. It's deplorable the conditions our food supply has to endure and what is worse we injest it into our bodies. Please everyone, get on board and e-mail everyone you know this Meatrix web-site. And don't forget to check out all the links. I found many other suppliers that I hadn't known about.

Blessings and "Safe Eats", Lu Ann.

I haven't yet read the article or your 'reasons' for switching to organic dairy but I did the same as soon as I was dx'd especially since I was ER+ and at time of dx had been pigging out on cheese--one weakness I had...
