where did I read about ultrasound recently?

I read somewhere in the past few days that there was a study of using ultrasound to disturb the fine blood vessels that cancer cells need to live on. At the fragile vessel forming stage, the ultrasound seems to have the ability to cut off the blood supply and cause the cancer cells to die. In other ultrasound papers, there are articles describing just the opposite: the new blood vessels are more prolific after ultrasound treatment. If any of you have run across the former article, please give me the source.

are you thinking of the post by Jessica " UGH, spots back" and the reply by Lani?

Marianne,

Thanks for the reply. Yes, it was indeed the article I tried to look up. I just wrote to the author and hopefully he will reply.
