Questions on the Oncotype DX test

I was going through the postings and a number talking about the Oncotype DX test as a predictive measure for reoccurrances. Can you please share with me more information about this test. What is it, how accurate, where to find more info, etc.

Genomic Health developed the new genetic test by analyzing tumor samples.
It is a 21 gene analysis - the test will give you a recurrence score from 0-100
based on the expression patterns of the genes in a tumor sample.
It may not be covered by Insurance.
