Perfalgan?

Has anyone been given Perfalgan with their Herceptin? The nurse said it's an allergy drug but I hate getting extra stuff with the Herceptin and keep refusing things but this seems to be a requirement here in France. any ideas? the mayo clinic website didn't come up with it.

Perfalgan

It seems to me that Perfalgan is similar to benedryl which is given to avoid flu like / allergic reactions to intial treatments of Herceptin.

Usually the Benedry is discontinued after 2-3 treatments.

Regards
Joe
