Thanks for the tip, how did you use the baking soda, did you make a solution to rinse with and used the same for brushing or did you make a paste for brushing. Thanks for your help Sandy,

I have a small glass custard cup in the cupboard in my bathroom with baking soda in it. I wet my tooth brush dip it in the baking soda and lightly brush my teeth. In between the brushing I take 1/4 cup of water and add 1 tsp. baking soda mix it and rinse my mouth. I floss often as well. Once in this routine you can tell when you feel like doing it again. Makes the mouth feel so much better and helps with the soapy taste or that is what I call it. I drinks lots of water like Jane said it does help. Good luck. Hugs, Sandy
