Hi Girls!
I experienced a frozen left shoulder about 9 - 10 years ago - long before cancer was a household word around here!
Started with bursitis from lifting, weeding or carrying things the wrong way. Then I had to help my almost invalid mother-in-law and hubby's aunt out of their chairs and this caused the strain that became the frozen shoulder. It recouped with the aid of a very good sports medicine physical therapist.
Still flares up from time to time - and is NOT on my surgery side. I see it coming and take some anti-inflammatory pills and exercise under the shower and it stops short of becoming "frozen" again.
Best wishes for complete healing! But - just remember that this is another area of your body to keep in mind as a chronic condition, as it will almost certainly flare up from time to time.
