Hi Michele -
what you are experienceing is not at all unusual for what you have been through. I was still tired after radiation, not too severely, as the Taxotere I had was actually harder on me than the radiation. Once the effects of the Taxotere and earlier Adriamycin started to get better, I did pretty well on radiation. But, this is not the point that I got the Herceptin - not until 3 months after ending rads when my mets showed up.
Right now I am 2 years off chemo (for the mets) and been maintained on Herceptin and Zometa. I may have some effect from the Herceptin, but had such a long road to regain my stamina after all the chemo, it is hard to really tell what is the cause of my continuing mild fatigue.
I know one woman who complains that it took her SIX years to feel back to normal (withoiut being on Herceptin). And now she is dealing with mets to bones and brain, but has a very positive outlook.
You just have to bear with your body and what it can and can't do for a while. It WILL get better!
