relocating to Austin,TX

Dear friends...in the not too distant future, I am planning on relocating to the Austin, TX area from Albany, NY...I will need to find a new oncologist there before this move in order to continue my treatments of Herceptin...I will have completed 1 year in April 2007 but will, of course, need that followup care as well as finding other healthcare providers in that area....any suggestions???
My oncologist here has said whe would try to help; the group here works with US Oncology nationwide. Thanks for any input.
