Proteomic Blood Test Detects Breast Cancer in Early Trial
SAN ANTONIO, TX -- December 17, 2007 -- A test based on a panel of serum protein biomarkers distinguished with 83.3% accuracy patients with breast cancer from healthy controls and women with benign breast diseases, according to a study reported here at the 30th Annual San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS).
