I've read some of the articles about olive oil and her2 breast cancer. I was excited to see some GOOD news about her2 cancer for a change. It sounds like we all should switch to olive oil for cooking. My question is, should we all just take some olive oil like medicine? And if we want to how much do we take? I wish the article would have given us some kind of info on how to add it to our diets.

My question is:

Does the olive oil has to be raw (used as salad dressing) to be useful, or can it be cooked (eg: used to fry foods)?

I was glad to hear the news about olive oil. That's the only kind of oil I have been using for almost a year now.

I use it in salads, baking and light sauteing. I love the flavor.
