Can you use this product (Jan Marini) on the face? For wrinkles? I have a rosacea like rash on my arms for yrs Doesn't itch, but is very apparent. It is on my declotee area (?sp) as well. I think it's from the Herceptin, but am not sure. Am interested. Please let me know.
