Re: Tamoxifen warning
Just from looking at your signature, I would discuss with my oncologist going off hormone therapy. A few years ago they wouldn't put women on it if they were 10% or less ER positive and I've been told twice now that there's no evidence showing that there's a real benefit to taking hormone therapy for lower ER positive cancers. I took anastrozole for a while because it might help but it was causing enough liver issues that I was taken off of it and they're still doing tests before we even discuss my going back on it. Part of me is afraid to not go back on it but another part of me wonders if it's worth it. Everyone has to make that decision for themselves but I think I would still discuss it with the oncologist.
I hope everything works out for you because I can only imagine how scary that must've been. Let us know what you decide and how it goes.
