Wink Re: Chemo list ?

I don't have a chemo list, but I am wondering if you and your doctor can negotiate about the dose or taking the drug with a different schedule. Sometimes a doctor will reduce the dose a little or give the drug every other week instead of every week if the drug appears to be working, but the patient is having alot of side effects.
There may also be other chemos you haven't tried yet.
There are alot of new drugs being tested that will be available in the not so distant future. Several of our members have tried T DM1 or are trying Halaven. You might ask them to share their experiences with you.
Have you tried Abraxane? It is Taxol with a less dangerous binder.
It is good to do research about our health problems and what kinds of treatments are available to us, so we can participate in our health care.
Take good care of yourself.
