again as you always come through with the most relevant stuff. After reading this I have to wonder if we'll ever get a handle on the interactions and x-interactions and x-talk of all the onco-genes.

Thinking out loud here, I wonder if tapping into the IL-immune response system, as was hinted at, isn't the real answer. Somehow it makes more sense than all of this inhibiting, enhancing, cover all the bases etc. The most intriguing systemsare the trogan horses, in this case viruses or chemo containing nano-particles. I wish I had a crystal ball to see 50 years from now and I would hope that breast cancer is in the same chapter as neumonic plague and small pox.
