Thanks for posting this Jean.

I have been taking 4,000 IU of Vitamin D3 every day for a few years now.

Living in the Great White North, I rarely get outside for any period of time between November - April, and of course for many years in the summer I was careful to avoid sun exposure because the "experts" warned of skin cancer...
Now when I do walk outside in the warmer months I leave one arm or leg exposed with no sunscreen on so that my body can lap up the Vitamin D3.
