Hi Julie, in response to your question about my post--I received the 52 weeks of Herceptin AFTER I finished the weekly Taxol, there was no overlap. Sorry I didn't make that clear... As I understand it, Herceptin works better when taken together with Taxol but it still can be effective by itself. Hope this is helpful, Audrey
