If those who are strongly ER+ and strongly PR+ do best of all (?) .... will we really ever know whether they actually need ANY additional therapy, since anyone who is HR+ has gotten tamoxifen or an AI for ages now.....? ... and now if they are strongly HER2 positive they are getting traztuzumab as well....
