Pelvic pain

I have been cancer free now for almost 6 years. Stage 2B HER2+++ spread lymph nodes ER/PR negative, so I do not take Tamoxifen. I went into menopause at 48 as soon as my chemo started (I am 54 now), never got my period back. Lately, I am having pelvic pain, it feels like PMS pain going to down to my thighs with back pain, headache and sometimes dizziness. No blood. Does anybody had this happened to them. I don't imagine is cancer but wondering if anyone knows what it could be. I have my 6 month follow up appointment next week with the oncologist, just curious. Thank you!!!!!
