Wow..the big D sounds difficult to manage..I'm not sure if you can consider this since you're in a trial but I take Tykerb at night (valued advice from the ladies here). So my system clears in the morning and the rest of the day is mostly anxiety-free.

Sorry if it's TMI, but I find that if I don't take as much fat/oil, I actually don't have D, just soft stools. Most of my protein is steamed with soy/miso and veg in soup/salads.

Hope it gets better as you go along and most importantly, this treatment works for you!!
