Smile Discharged as a Breast Cancer Patient!!

I am happy to announce that I was discharged as a breast cancer patient today - My oncologist told me that after 5 years of post surgery/chemo/herceptin/ Tamoxifen/Femara - I am done!! Took my last Femara pill last night on July 18 - a good omen, because 18 = Chai = Life!!!

I will be followed up at a Post Cancer Treatment Transition Clinic at Women's College Hospital in downtown Toronto once/year, and by my GP.

all the best
