In Australia we have a brand that is sworn by chemo and eczema sufferers called MooGoo, worth a try. Even have a oncology pack. I know its sold in UK, not sure where else globally.

I have been having crazy dried flakey areas on my face (why between my eyes, of all places) and Clinique 72-hour Moisture Surge has been a lifesaver, made my skin silky soft.
