Yeah..good to check medical records to get a sense of accuracy and also a different view of their thought process. It can be assuring as well as disturbing. The medical record is what follows you from doc to doc.

Not sure about not doing chemo for small tumors, especially her2+. Seems like some recent posts here suggested otherwise.
