25% of younger women not seen on mammo
According to Dr Love 25 % of lumps in younger women are not seen by mammo. due to dense breasts. I had a 4 cm x 2 cm lump didnt show up on ultrasound and only 2 tiny microcalc. on mammo. which i dont think were where the tumour was. My first tumour 2cm showed up on mammo.
