Re: Anyone on I SPY-2 Trial?

I had hoped someone more knowledgeable would give you an answer here. I do know that the I-SPY2 trial is what is called an "adaptive design" trial, so the drugs used are not only specific to the details of diagnosis (ERPR, HER2, sometimes other markers), but the investigational drug(s) can change as the trial goes on. This is considered to be an innovative and high-quality trial design, from a research standpoint. For the individual participant, it offers standard-of-care treatment plus the possibility of randomization to an investigational drug. It sounds like you've had a look at their website? I would guess your best bet for finding out more would be to email them either thru their website links, or at info@ispy2.org.

Good luck. Will you let us know if you decide to enroll?
