Coming from a person that really enjoys food, I have to agree with you. What really is quality of life if you can't enjoy some of your favorite things on occasion.
I believe that everything in moderation can't be that bad for you and to deprive yourself from everything just makes you unhappy and is counter productive.
And again, I do not say this with any medical expertise. If you have a condition and can't have something, then that is a different story but otherwise I do agree that "treating" yourself once in a while will not hurt. I do the health thing myself taking the Omega 3's, vitamins, etc but do not always buy organic either.I do on some items but can't do all.
Hope you get to enjoy a piece of that chocolate cake once in awhile Astrid.
