Ain't it the pits??
I have a fan blowing on me at night. I turn it on/off several times. Chemopause was the worst. I had the chillow, but my dog ate it. I didn't like how it felt. I did get a catalog that is called As We Change. It has awesome stuff. I saw a better pillow I wanted to try. Go to www.aswechange.com.
