Hope someone can clearify this for me. I'm confused if I have dermal lymphatic invasion.
Pathology report reads: skin of left breast, biopsy-Intraepidermal adenocarcinom (Paget's disease, with dermal invasion (see comment).

Comment: The biopsy from the left breast shows adenocarcinoma diffusely infiltrating the epidermis. The tumor also infiltrates the underlying dermis and show moderate tubule formation. The tumor extends to the deep edge of the biopsy. Dermal lymphatic invasion is not identified.

Does this mean they couldn't determine if I had invasion, or no I don't. Sorry I'm always reading more into something than I need to. Thanks, LynnC
