| I got instructinos that I can lower my xeloda dosage, and I will be at 1250mg/m2, which for me will be 2150 mg 14 days on and 7 off - I hope it helps - it's frustrating that we all say it's fine "except for the H/F thing"  but it has reduced my level of activity, the shoes I wear, and the sensitivity of my feet.  For my hands, my cooking is greatly decreased, I rarely garden, and I frankly avoid most activities with my hands...I am usually at the extreme high end of the Grade 2 clinical and functional domain, and I really hope the reduced dosage makes things more manageable....
