To Sherry T. and the rest of you that are IBC. I am over 5 years since diagnose. Back 5 years ago there was very little information and what there was wasn't encouraging. My first year was terrible for me because every corner I went around I heard the same thing that IBC is the worse kind of breast cancer, not enough people have it to warrant doing research, there were no survivors, and I had NO long term survivorial time. Well, now that is all behind me and I am living life to the fullest. There are long term survivors, research is being done, and we are being recognized as fighters. I attended an IBC support group and believe me we are fighters!!! For those of you that aren't aware there is an IBC message board just go under IBC support and you should be able to find it. If anyone would like to e-mail me please feel free to do so. sanhenry@prexar.com hugs, to all you brave people. Sandy
