I have seen suggestions that fats relate to melanoma, as indeed is suggested in the abstract. There appear to be common links in the fat metabolism pathways in terms of the make up and maintenance of skin.

Exercise presumably has impact by a similar mechanism to BC - fat metabolism - insulin - immume system ...etc etc?
