Hi Sue: I did not have enough healthy skin being inflammatory so had a graft to the chest wall. The skin was taken from the other breast after it was tested to be cancer free. It was my idea to use the other breast as I was having a double mastectomy otherwise they was going to take it from my leg above the knee. May want to speak to your doctor about the graft.
